9 Months

I can't believe my BABY is 9 MONTHS!! I wish she'd stop growing so fast! She is such a delightful baby! Kendall weighs 22lbs. 2 oz.! She is always playing with her tongue and shaking her head back and forth. She just started crawling full time a few days ago. Kendall loves to play with her sisters. She likes to be in the toy room with them when they're playing Barbies. Her first word was, "Da da da da da da." Although she definitely loves mom the most!;) She prefers momt because dad can't help it but to give her lots of whisker kisses and pinch her little fat rolls. She has the squeakiest cry, it's so cute. Kendall used to be a pro at sleeping through the night, but the last month or so she's been waking up 1 or 2 times. Kendall likes to eat just about anything I give her. We sure love our sweet baby girl Kendall!!!

Loves to play with her tongue!

Always so happy!

Being Silly

When Tim puts the kids to bed he just LOVES to get them all riled up! Here are some funny pictures of the fun the kids always have with their dad. Kendall even gets in on the silliness. Life just wouldn't be the same without Tim. He is so goofy/silly/fun, things never get old!

Take me out to the ball game....

Tim loves to play softball. He's been playing on city leagues since long before we got married. I've been watching him play since before we had kids. Now the kids enjoy coming with me to watch/climb on the bleachers and run around the ball park. Right now he's on a team called the Blue Ninjas. He designed the t-shirts. Look how cute he is doing what he loves!

Best Friends

These two are best friends. Sure they have their moments of fighting and teasing each other to tears, but for the most part they are best friends. When I went to check on the girls before I went to bed last night, Hally was on the top bunk with Addi. Apparently Hally had a scary dream so Addi told her to come up with her so she wouldn't be scared. Isn't that the sweetest thing?! There are no words to describe how much I love my little girls!

Triangle Bar Ranch Camp

We're building a big lodge/campground in Randolph at my families Ranch. This will be the gathering place of many future Rex Reunions. It will also be available for us anytime we want to go camping just as an immediate family. There is talk about renting the campground out as well. There is such a neat feeling in Randolph. On the drive there, I was looking at the beautiful scenery and was brought to tears. My grandma's death is still very recent and I can feel her presence almost daily, but going to Randolph intensified that presence. Driving on the dirt road up the mountain, it's almost as if I could see my grandpa on the horizon riding his horse, keeping an eye on his family. The pride and love for our grandparents runs deep.

Here are some pictures of the "lodge raising."

Many hands make light work! We have several really handy people in our family. A special thanks to me Uncle Curtis for the vision and spearheading of the Triangle Bar Robert Rex Family Reunion Campground Lodge Twin Peaks Ranch Camp. (LOL!!! I don't know the official name of it yet, so I'll just call it that for now:)

When it's finished, the lodge will have bathrooms, showers, a loft, large kitchen and huge open area for large gatherings. There are eleven distinct camp spots in the campground, one for each of the children, but several places to put tents and trailers. There will also be a large amphitheater, fire pit and outhouses throughout the campground.

I can't believe I didn't get any pictures of my kids! They absolutely love it here!! They call it "The Muddy Camp," because last year it rained and rained and everything and everyone was MUDDY. This year it didn't rain on us, so they started calling it "The Dirty Camp," cause lets face it, camping is a pretty dirty thing to do.

P.S. Check out my craft blog to see my new dresser redo!
