Hally's Preschool Graduation

Hally graduated from preschool in May. I can't believe our Hally Bear will soon be in kindergarten. She's growing up way too fast! She'll be one of the youngest in her class and I'm sure she'll also be one of the smallest. We love her so much and are so proud of her!

Hally is our sweetie pie!

Hally's gown was huge on her. She had to hold it up as she walked down to get her diploma. During the program all of the kids stated what they want to be when they grow up. Hally said, "I want to be a doctor so I can fix people."

With one of her best buds, Miles.

With one of her other best friends, Riley. Hally has been in Mrs. Krissi's preschool for two years and loved her so much!

Hally's Christmas Program

Hally had a Christmas program for preschool. She did such a good job. She memorized two different parts. "Spell out one special word," and "Before we sing, we want to thank you for coming." She has the sweetest little voice. Miss Krissi is such a great preschool teacher! After the program, Santa Claus came! :) Now this particular Santa looked like he had been on Weight Watchers or something and his beard seemed to keep falling down. When the kids sat on his lap, he didn't even ask them what they wanted, if they had been good, or ho ho ho. NOTHING! Kind of funny! He just said, "You can have a candy cane for Christmas," and handed them one. I think he was nervous. It's okay though, my kids still haven't started to question if Santa is real or not. If you notice Addi's face in the picture below, she did NOT want to sit on Santa's lap, because she thought she had been too bad and didn't want to face him. We finally talked her into it. Why is it that kids seem to get naughtier around Christmastime. You think the constant threatening of a lump of coal and being put on Santa's naughty list would make them be good, but no, it doesn't work. I thought for sure Kendall would cry when we put her on his lap, but she just stared at him curiously. Someday we'll make it to the cool Santa at the mall. :)

Hallly Bear

Here are Hally's preschool pictures. My friend Breeana started a photography business and is doing awesome at it! Take a look at her blog here. She has been so busy! Everyone wants her to take their pics! She offers her amazing photography skills at a low price, because she's just starting out and said that's what she would want to pay if she hired a photographer. Agreed! I'm glad to have found a good photographer that I can afford, because my usual photographer (my sis) has moved far, far, far away!

So CUTE!
Hally's class.

My soft spoken Hally is so sweet and petite. About a month ago I had gotten up a little earlier on a Saturday morning and started making breakfast. Bacon, eggs and hash browns. Hally came downstairs and said, "Mom, is it Father's Day today?" Tim and I were laughing so hard. I guess that tells ya just how often I make breakfast.

Also a couple months ago I was trying to get Hally to clean the toy room which is a CONSTANT battle. She's either too tired, too thirsty, too hungry, her leg hurts, she has an ouie and needs a band-aid, etc, etc, etc. So anyways, this particular day I was trying really hard to get her to clean and I finally said, "If you don't clean your room than you will be grounded." I have said this to Addi a couple of times in the past, but never Hally. Immediately after I said this to Hall, she started crying uncontrollably saying, "I don't want you to put me in the ground!" Needless to say, I felt like the most terrible mother in the world to scare my little girl like this. I explained what grounding really meant and she quickly calmed down and decided she would rather be grounded and go without her friends and toys for a few days then have to clean up. Then she turned and went downstairs. This response didn't surprise me at all. Yes, she's my stubborn, defiant, sweet and tender child and I love her oh so much!

Hally's last year of preschool

Our little Miss Hally is in her last year of preschool. This means she'll join Addi at the elementary school next year. Hally is going to Miss Krissi's preschool again this year except she's now in the older class and she goes three days a week. Having a June birthday makes her one of the youngest in her class. Being the youngest and petite and quiet makes a mom worry a little bit about her little girl. I'm just a worrier though and I know Hally will do awesome in school and make lots of friends!

I love this face!!!!

ADDI'S PRESCHOOL GRADUATION

I can't believe our oldest is headed to kindergarten in August. I know I will probably cry like a baby on that day.

Mrs. Katie said that Addi was always so obedient. She was such a good helper and never got in trouble.

Addi just adored her teacher, Mrs. Katie.

Singing, "This little light of mine, I'm going to let it shine."

HALLY'S PRESCHOOL GRADUATION

Hally graduated from her 3 year old preschool. Way to go Hally! Mrs. Krissi said she was really shy the first couple months of school, but then started to come out of her shell the more she felt comfortable.

All ready to go.

With her favorite friend, Addi.

Her AWESOME teacher, Mrs. Krissi.

Hally bear with her mom.

Mrs. Jane was Mrs. Krissi's assistant. Mrs. Jane LOVED Hally. She called her, "My Hally Bug." At the graduation she was telling me a cute story about Hally and kept choking up, because she was going to miss Hally so much. It was so sweet. Hally really does have a sweet countenance about her that makes people fall in love with her.

❤ RODEO, KENNECOTT & PRESCHOOL ❤

The day after Addi's birthday (Saturday), Tim took the girls out for a day of fun while I stayed home to relax all day. They started out at their cousin, Morgan's rodeo. Addi got to ride a horse named Studdly, but Hally refused to even pet the horse. Next they had lunch with Grandma and Grandpa Stubbs before heading over to The Kennecott Copper Mine. It was pretty cold and windy, but also pretty amazing. I have also posted pictures of the kids and their first day of preschool which I know is very late, but I didn't want to forget to document that important phase of their life.

❤ RANDOM PICTURES ❤

Addi graduated from joy school. Joy school is when a bunch of moms rotate teaching preschool each week. We had a simple graduation at the local park. She has one more year before Kindergarten, so next year she will be in a "real" preschool.

GREAT JOB ADDI!
